आवेदक के पास शैक्षणिक योग्यता संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र होने चाहिए।
आवेदक के पास सेकेंडरी की अंक तालिका होनी चाहिए।
आवेदक का मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र मतदाता पहचान पत्र राशन कार्ड आधार कार्ड सभी दस्तावेजों में से कोई भी एक दस्तावेज होना आवश्यक है।
कार्यानुभव का प्रमाण पत्र अगर हो तो।
विधवा परित्याग तलाकशुदा का प्रमाण पत्र अगर हो।
आरएससीआईटी का प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र।
अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति का प्रमाण पत्र।
बीपीएल कार्ड केंद्र की सूची में सम्मिलित आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रमाणित छायाप्रति।Applicant should have educational qualification related certificates.
Applicant must have secondary mark sheet.
Applicant’s original residence certificate, voter ID card, ration card, Aadhaar card, any one of all the documents is necessary.
Work experience certificate, if any.
Widow abandonment divorce certificate if any.

|
आवेदन कर्ता महिला सबसे पहले संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत की स्थानीय निवासी होनी चाहिए।
आवेदन कर्ता के घर में शौचालय होने व नियमित उपयोग संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न होना चाहिए।
सचिन के पद हेतु शैक्षणिक योग्यता कम से कम 10 वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण और वैवाहिक होना चाहिए।
कार्यालय द्वारा विज्ञप्ति जारी होने की तिथि को आवेदक की आयु सीमा 21 से 35 वर्ष इसके अलावा जिन वर्गों को छूट दी गई है उनके छूट के प्रावधान के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।
आवेदन करता अपने फार्म में सभी शैक्षणिक दस्तावेज मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र जाति प्रमाण पत्र व्यवहार प्रमाण पत्र तलाश शुद्ध प्रमाण पत्र व सभी छाया प्रतिलिपि संलग्न करें।
आवेदन कर्ता आवेदन फॉर्म ऑफिशल वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड कर सकता है।
आवेदन कर्ता का पूर्ण फॉर्म भरा हुआ दो प्रतियों में कार्यालय के अंतिम दिनांक तक पहुंच जाना चाहिए एक बार आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के बाद में उसमें किसी प्रकार का संशोधन नहीं किया जा सकता।The applicant woman must first be a local resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
