यदि आप श्रमिक है ! और आप भी लेबर कार्ड की दूसरी किस्त का इंतजार कर रहे हैं तो यह खबर आपके लिए है। क्योंकि यह कवायद यूपी के श्रम विभाग में शुरू हो गई है। जानकारी के मुताबिक दूसरी किस्त की राशि शपथ लेने के तुरंत बाद पात्र ई श्रम कार्ड ( E Shram Card ) धारक के खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दी जाएगी.

जानकारी के अनुसार श्रम विभाग के अनुसार कुछलेबर कार्ड फर्जी पाए गए। यानी कुछ ऐसे लोगों ने ई श्रम कार्ड के तहत रजिस्ट्रेशन भी कराया है जो इसके लिए पात्र नहीं हैं. इसलिए विभाग अब पूरी जांच के लिए आंकड़े तैयार कर रहा है। योगी सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण के बाद पात्र मज़दूरों के खाते में दूसरी किस्त डालने की जानकारी मिली है.

दरअसल, उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने ई श्रम कार्ड योजना के तहत प्रदेश के ऐसे श्रमिकों की सूची तैयार की थी. जो कोई छोटा-मोटा व्यवसाय करते हैं। साथ ही वे बीपीएल कार्ड धारक हैं, यानी उनकी सालाना आमदनी 2 लाख से कम है। योगी सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय ने लेबर कार्ड ( Labour Card ) पोर्टल के तहत ऐसे श्रमिकों का डाटा तैयार किया था ।

इसी के आधार पर जनवरी के पहले सप्ताह में डेढ़ श्रमिकों के खाते में पहली किस्त के 1000-1000 रुपये भी ट्रांसफर किए गए ! वही ई श्रम कार्ड की पहली किस्त का पैसा अभी भी कुछ मज़दूरों ( Worker ) के खातों में पहुंच रहा है. जिनके खाते में पैसा नहीं आया है। उन्हें भी चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है। कुछ दिनों में उन लेबर कार्ड धारकों के खाते में भी पैसा पहुंच जाएगा।

On the basis of this, 1000-1000 rupees of the first installment were also transferred in the account of one and a half workers in the first week of January. The money of the first installment of the same e-shram card is still reaching the accounts of some workers. Those who have not received money in their account. They don’t have to worry either. लेकिन अब चुनाव नतीजे आने के बाद ई श्रम कार्ड ( E Sharm Card ) दूसरी किस्त को लेकर फिर से चर्चा तेज हो गई है. योगी 2.o का शपथ ग्रहण 25 मार्च को तय किया गया है। बताया जा रहा है कि शपथ लेने के एक सप्ताह के भीतर लेबर कार्ड ( Labour Card ) की दूसरी किश्त खाते में जमा कर दी जाएगी।

अगस्त 2021 में, सरकार ने असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों ( Worker ) के लिए विभिन्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन के लिए ई श्रम कार्ड ( E Shram Card ) पोर्टल लॉन्च किया । पंजीकृत सदस्य श्रमिक योजना के लिए साइन अप करने और लेबर कार्ड ( Labour Card )प्राप्त करने के बाद कई प्रकार के लाभों के लिए पात्र होंगे। इसके अलावा, सरकार द्वारा सामाजिक सुरक्षा कार्यक्रमों को अपनाने से श्रमिकों ( Labour ) को लाभ होगा।
